Hello fellow ServiceNow developers,
I created an email script and it is called by an email template. The email template is used by an approval request notification. The notification is triggered by a flow designer.
I tested the flow designer and the email was triggered but the email script contents were not in the notification body. The email script composes a few of a custom table's fields with "template.print" code. I also added template.print("Here is email script") in the beginning of email script to check the flow designer ask approval. The statement was displayed in the approval request email body.
What did I miss here? Please advise.
