Approval reminder for step based fulfilment Flow

Hi All,

While creating a catalog item via catalog builder, under fulfillment step there are options to add 'Custom Approval', 'Manager Approval' and 'Tasks'. 

My requirement is to have Reminders for the approvals and also after tasks completion I want to handle survey triggering and reopening of RITM based on survey response.

I am new with Service Fulfillment flow. Please guide me with above 2 queries.

instead of handling approvals in other flow. Can we have it in the main flow?

Is there any way to achieve it in main flow??

I am afraid the approval flow if created separately would trigger notification for all the RITM's. 

I need this approvals to triggered only for catalog builder citizen development 'Step based fulfilment flow'.
