Hi All,
In change request record , if "Assigned to" user in Configuration item from US/America then approval should go to GLB America, When the state in Authorize ,the approval should go CAB Approval & GLB America group , if any user from the GLB America group approval that request, the state should remain in Authorize and not progress to schedule . Seeking a solution for this scenario.
