Hello Team,

I have Requirement on change table so prepared workflow to Tigger approval for Approval group, owned by and M Managed by  for affected CIs My Approvals triggering correctly , however when i am trying to approve it from list view ,

Suppose e.g. :-  if managed by and owned by is present in affected CIs approval triggering for the both so suppose there two CIs affected like Test 1 is CIs who hv owned by and Test 2 Cis hv managed by for particular change request , so when owned by is approved it from list view automatically Managed By status shows "No Longer Required " or vise versa . Could you please explain me how to resolve this issue . why it showing in approvers section if its approved by Owned By .

How to Resolve this issue .  please help
