Approver cannot see the full comments on the Approval form in portal view

Hi All,

Approver cannot see the complete comments in the comments field in the Portal view, but in the backend it's visible.

Please check the screenshot and kindly suggest the solution.

Check the widget or the form, it seems to be a single line, then make it a multiline or prolong the maximum number of characters:

Thanks for your reply,

It's the multiline only but in the portal view it's showing as single line with complete comments and the approver wants to see complete comments at a time (full comments).
