As we all know that connect chat has been deprecated. Now it considered as customization and risk. ServiceNow is no longer supporting the connect chat.

You could have used the article option for the content you wanted to share

Since it shows up as question it's quite confusing for members who wish to help others for actual questions.

Members can't see the actual questions which have been asked in community even after applying the filter as Questions.
