Hi 

i need help into this will anyone guide.

 

As an incident manager, I want to ensure that only user with sn_incident_user is able to read incident records. Even admin without this role should not be able to read incidents

But you not to Admin? You can do this via ACL but it will be risky. Admin must able to see the records.

Hi @angel kumari ,

 

Why would you limit the Admin from this? In general you need to make this happen through ACL.
