as an incident manager , I will like to add a new tab called (XYZ) to related field on incident form

I would like to add a new tab to the related list, when I go to configure > related list, configure related list opens but not sure how to go about adding/creating the new tab. This tab has to be created since it is not available on the list of available tabs. How can I add that tab to the related list? I will also like to be able to click on that new tab, then I will see a new button that brings up a form with mandatory fields listed below

 

Number (auto-generated)

Incident date

Upload button (to upload files)

Hi @BKennedy ,

The one you referring to are related lists, you can add new related lists as:

1) Configure-->Form Layout-->Related Lists.

And also a new section on the form can also be added which will also look like a TAB, you can try that as well, which ever server your purpose.

2) Configure-->Form Layout-->add new section.

Good morning, I do not need to add a new section to the form. I just need to add a new tab to an already existing section of the related list and I am aware that I can do that by going to configure > related list. The issue is I need to add a new tab called XYZ, so I can select and add it to appear on the form but no option to create it. I only see two buttons cancel and save. Please let me know if this makes sense.
