Good afternoon,
We have 600+ assets where the asset location (cmn_location) is being updated to an incorrect location. When changed, it is updated back via Remote File Import and possibly a Business Rule.
I found an OOB Business Rule - Update Location as Needed on the cmdb_ci table (screen shot attached).
1. Is this BR the root cause?
2. What exactly is it doing?
3. Why is it changing to an incorrect location?
Any assistance is always appreciated.
