Assign group to a record producer so only that group can see it

Hi all

How can I assign a record producer to a specific group so only that group can see it

for example, password reset, I like to assign that record producer to only the incident group so only individuals within that group can see it

Hi @Malo ,

From the description, I am not exactly sure about the requirement. As per my understanding If you are looking for restricting the record producer to only a group members in the service portal , you can create a user criteria by selecting that group from the "Available For" related list in the record producer form .

Else if you are looking for restricting the access to the ticket / record created from the record producer to a particular group, you can create a read ACL with the condition and in the ACL script you can provide the access only if user is member of the group.
