Assigning high priority for "Emergency change request" by default.

How do we make all Emergency change risks to be in high priority by default when the option "Change Request > Emergency: Unplanned changes necessary to restore service. These changes require CAB authorization only." is clicked.

Sure Harish. This is not a question and may be I get an warning from the community but still curious to know "Do you ever sleep?".


                However here you go,


I went to System Definitions > Modules and searched for text in which I gave "Create New" and it looks like this as mentioned in the screenshot and I don't find a difference. There are other "Create New1" and "Create New2" which are not active. Tell me after this.....

okay since your using UI 16 you wont get edit module option. What you can do is switch to UI 15 by clicking gear icon top right side.

After that go to change allplication--you will find edit option there. then follow the steps. We have to disable interceptor .

Where can I find "change application", the "edit" option and the disable interceptor option?


here is how you will find. You have to right click on start icon then edit module
