Is there a way to have a group be granted a pa_contributor role? The business requirement was to have members of a certain team able to manage the manual scores assigned to them.

Hi @Chio
Yes, create a new group with limited users and grant the role to them.

Hi @Chio,
ServiceNow groups provide this exact framework for you. Essentially, against a group (either a new group or existing group), when you assign a role to that group via the 'Role' tab at the bottom of the form, all users within that group will inherit the role.
If for example, the group you wish this to apply to is a subset of users of an existing group, you can create a new group, assign the role, and then (if required) associate it to the parent group via the 'Parent' field allowing the concept of groups within groups for example (But maybe this is over complicating things - it's just so you're aware of what's available for you).
To help others (and for me to gain recognition for my efforts), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.

Thanks, Robbie
