Hi all,
Can anyone help me with the below question.
In Agent Workspace, the title bar at the top of an Incident included the Assigned to and Assignment Group. Service Operations Workspace has it for SCTASKs but not for Incidents.
Can anyone tell me how to add these for incidents in SOW?
