I am currently working on an issue where the project (sub_tree_root) field on the pm_project_task table is not being automatically populated when creating new project tasks. In my case, the project field is appearing empty on the project task records.
I have followed the solution suggested in the article KB0657069, but, unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue. My current version is Vancouver Patch 9 Hotfix 2a
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
