Associate interaction to incident

Hi All,

I want to associate interaction module to incident and request. How can we achieve it?

I can see associate record UI Action in the form after saving it but when i try to associate it doesnt do anything

It shows invalid insert

 Any leads would be helpful

You need to select the Document id first and then save, I tried at my end and it is fine.

But I want that whenever the interaction is created, it should create an incident or request just like New call module(which is now depreciated).

If you have any idea on this it would be great

Hi @Avni Bhatia 

OOTB , it give the option to select, if you want restrict than  you need to update  UI action logic as well, which I will not recommend.
