ATF error

Dear ATF Experts,

I am facing an issue where, whenever I run a new test, it keeps loading for hours and ultimately leaves me with the option to 'Cancel Pending Steps'.
There are no other tests running, but the test running process says 'Waiting while another run of this test completed'.

Can someone please help me solve this?

How are you running the test? Are you using a Cloud Runner or a local test runner in your browser?

If you navigate to sys_atf_test_result table, are there any tests running or queued? If so, you can cancel them by selecting them and using the cancel list action

I already checked before in the sys_atf_test_result table no other test were running. But still the test running process says 'Waiting while another run of this test completed' or 'Waiting to modify one or more existing records currently being modified by another test'.
