Why is my reference field not showing a suggestion drop down?

Hello i have a reference field that when im typing into it i get no drop doing with suggested values. Also this field does not want to display the value when selected. It shows up bugged like this below

Yes and for some reason i cant change it either

In order to change it's display field, you'll need to be in the scope of that table
