ATF execution getting stuck while executing single test or test suite

Execution showing running only. but after some time due to timeout test result will be a cancelled.

any one have any idea why this happening.

What is that last step testing? Is there something synchronous that is causing the test to time out?

Hi, First check if  "Enables additional debugging functionality..."  is checked. if so, please follow the following workaround. It worked for me. 

Workaround

Turning off debug mode will allow ATF tests to pass that are encountering this issue.

  • Navigate to: Automated Test Framework -> Administration -> Properties
  • Under "Test Debugging Properties" uncheck the "Yes" checkbox for "Enables additional debugging functionality..."
  • Save the form.
