How can you verify "Work notes" in the London ATF?

I dont see the connection from your blogpost to my question :-D...I just want to check the worknotes, I dont want to generate any notifications or check any notifications....

Or did I overlook something?

Hi Simon,

Can you explain where you trying to verify work note? In incident form, RITM form, task form, etc?

If it any form to verify work note, I know it strange that it wasn't in options list in Record validation and Field Values Validation. Have you tried select "Work notes list" in condition to see if it empty or not empty depend if ATF already entered any info in work note?
