Hi Team,
Anyone have experience in inbound Emails test through ATF orlando version.
My issue is while testing inbound Emails through ATF, needs to create Incident or RITM but it is creating call(Call management). Please help me out here.

We use it on large scale. You have to check the inbound action getting triggered for this. Is it pointing to call module/table.

There are some known problems related to ATF Inbound Email processing in Orlando. One issue, in particular, is related to the body_text field. I recommend you open a case in HI.

We are trying to test Generate Inbound Email in ATF and have issues
1.Emails sent using ATF Generate Inbound email are not reaching SN whereas if i manually send emails to same address it works.
2. Also is there a way to add delay after Generate Inbound Email step as we want to check if the record is created from Email and sometimes it might take a minute or more after sending email
Any suggestions?
