ATF - Is it possible to verify there is no 'Security constrains' messages in the list

I need to create the ATF that verify there is no 'Security constrains' messages at all pages of Incident List .

I set access control by Business Rule (not ACL).

When users search Incident List, there are some access control. 

We checked all pages of Incident List and confirm there are no messages by manual, but it takes much time.

Could you please solve this issues ?

I would like to use for verifying there are no messages in Incident list of all pages by using 'Assert Text on Page (Custom UI)' step in ATF.  

In this test step, we can not vefiry it of all pages, so I need some help of scripting.

Is it possible to write a script in 'Assert Text on Page (Custom UI)' step, and please let me know the example?

You can use Asset test on page.

And you can not write script on this step.
