ATF on Record Producer

Using Submit record producer step in ATF is not submitting the Record producer. Even tried timeout for 30seconds still it is not submitting the record.

 

and this is the error I am getting. ref to the image attatched.

Try to use Record producer with same user manually just to see is any issue in manual?
