ATF - Opening a form that was created in a previous step.

In ATF I have created a new test and have added a few steps

1. Impersonate a Base User

2. Create a new Enhancement

3. Fill in fields on Enhancement

4. Submit Enhancement (this creates 7 new IA Forms)

5. Impersonate Supervisor

 

What I need to be able to do is have the Supervisor in step 5 open up the IA Form that is for them that was created when Step 4 was completed. The IA form has unique short description but I can not figure out how to search the IA Forms table for that IA that was just created.

 

How do I do this? This would have to be repeated 7 times for each Supervisor.

Hi @James Cook 

 

I think you can use Record Query and apply filter like created as today. and supervisor is User.

And in next step you can use Open Existing Record to open that specific record and carry out the work.
