ATF - Reopen item in Service Portal "Draft"

I followed these steps to save a catalog item to Draft:

- Open a Catalog Item (SP)
- Set Variable Values (SP)
- Add Item to Shopping Cart (SP)

 

Also managed to query the record from sc_cart_item using

Record Query

 

How do I reopen the record in Service Portal "Draft" so that I can add tests to modify the variables?

 

Tried Open a Form (SP), Open a Catalog Item (SP) but doesn't work.

Hi @DT07 

 

If you want to test the variable/fields behavior with different set of data, you can use parameterized  testing.

Coming to you query, after setting the variables you can save/submit the form and in next step use use Open existing record. 

You can not open the form on SP.
