ATF Risk assessment step

i'm trying to fill out the risk assessment from a normal change. Once i click risk assessment it opens the form and the i tried using a 'set components values' step to set the response for each question but i get an error that it was unable to set the component and component not found

I just recently did this, and I had the same issue. You may probably have solved this issue but Im going to put what worked for me:

I suggest go through each glide record section and add a log statement to see if you're getting the right values. For the record ID, you have to grab the first ID that was created - think of it as the Open an existing record step.
