ATF test for to validate reference table of a variable

Hi Team,

 

We need to write a test case for validate variable's reference table. We have a reference field named as field1 reference to particular table, later we changed the reference table to another table. We need to validate this with ATF test case. What step Do I need to use here to test reference table for a variable. Kindly, help on this to achieve.

you cannot test this using ATF.

Hi @abed123 

 

You can try with only one way:

You can set the field with the record of current table, and if the step pass that will imply that the field is using correct reference table.
