Attach a excel file in the notification

Hi,

when we inactive a group it will send a notification with attaching the group members in excel file format.

Do this

1) use after update BR on group table and use event queue based approach

2) create a csv file and attach it to the record

3) in the notification use the Include attachment checkbox and it will send the file
