Call a system Property in the email trigger condition

Above are the flow designer email trigger conditions on header of the email. I want to store these header values in a system Property and call it in the flow designer email trigger condition.
Please suggest the best possible way to achieve this.

you can use advanced notification condition
OR
you can use custom action in flow designer and check that and then use IF action to check true/false
