Attach a specific knowledge article to a record producer in the portal

Hello developers,

I have a business requirement to attach a specific knowledge article to a record producer in the portal (not using contextual search). Is this possible? If so, could someone point me in the right direction? I've been looking at ServiceNow docs and the community but haven't found anything that fits this requirement.

You can add the KB link in description part or as URL type variable.
