Multiple references with choice fields

Rules:

All columns are of the choice type, the APP, BRM, CAPTA, GPP fields must be referenced to ti, and the SMS, IMS, ACS fields referenced to sec. Now the Service Type must have the following reference:

SEG

1. Configuration

The challenge/problem is, how can I reference more than one field with different values?If anyone can help me with this, I would really appreciate it.
