Attach workflow to form

I have build a form and would like to attach a workflow to this form. Could you please let me know the process of attach workflow to form.

Your workflow has a trigger. As soon as your form triggers the workflow, the workflow will be attached.

Thank you Mark for quick update. Where I can see my form triggers specific workflow that i created. 

Or how can i know my form used specific workflow when form submits.

Your form isn't using a specific workflow. Your workflow has a trigger. So if you have a workflow that triggers on, let's say, a P1 Incident, the workflow will be attached as soon as an Incident is created as P1, or is updated to P1. 

You will need to set the conditions of your workflow to trigger on values on your form.

I want to just attach my workflow as soon as I hit submit button and should go to first approval step for further approval. How can we do this
