Attach workflow to form

Hi Team,

I have build a form and would like to attach a workflow to this form. Could you please let me know the process of attach workflow to form.

I guess you are looking for this below image:-

And in UI action "Show Workflow" we have the below code

Best option is create a Flow based on trigger condition.
On Normal form you can't see the show workflow it should be inherited from the task table like RITM.

Then you should just create the flow to trigger on that.

When you say build a form, are you referring to catalog item or other form and what action you want to take when submit button click and workflow attached,.
