Strange question. I have a custom table where a person gets a notification when a record is created, they then respond with attachments from either a desktop or mobile device to that email. For almost everyone this works fine. The attachments get added to the record and the preview image shows in the worknotes. I have one user who when they respond the images get attached just fine and can be opened but no preview is showing in the worknotes. The file types look fine and I can't seem to find anything they are doing differently from everyone else. Does any one have any guidance or ideas on how I could troubleshoot this or what might be off?
