Attachment Encryption

I want the support person to add an attachment to an incident and decide whether they want to encrypt it or not. Only the support person will decide which attachment to encrypt and which to leave unencrypted. Has anyone done something like this?

Thanks Amit, I do not see a lot of options in my instance just verifying and will update the case accordingly.
