Attachment icon disappearing after error throwed

Hi all,

Attachment is mandatory while moving CTASK to close state , before updating the record attachment icon is there 

After updating the record without  attachment error will throw and attachment symbol is getting disappeared. 

i want to show attachment icon after form aborted also.

If you reload the form after the abort wouldn't the attachment icon be displayed?

After  refreshing the form attachment icon is displayed but it should visible without refresh because user not aware after refresh only the attachment icon will be visible

Please check any BR running for the attachmnet , use script tracer while attach the document. It will help to identify the BR,

I only wrote BR to validate attachment is there or not if not then it will throw along attachment icon also diapering i want to throw only error attachment icon should be present
