Duplicate RITM's created for same inbound email action

HI All ,

 

We have created an inbound email action to create RITM when received from a specific user (Ex:John).

If 2 emails are received at the sametime, the RITMs created , there are few varaibles which are getting swapped. How can fix this. Please suggest.

You created an inbound email action that doesn't work as expected. You will at least provide us with the action and what is happening exactly (which variables are swapped how) to enable us to help you.
