Attachment not flowing from our instance to customer for ebonded tickets

Hi all,
Once, the Service Request is submitted.
RITM gets created and also task gets created automatically.
So, we ebonded task to customer.
So, the requirement is that when someone attaching on "Service Request". It is not flowing to customer.
Ofcource, as task only ebonded.
Then, I tried a business rule to copy attachment added on ritm/req to task. It is getting added on task.
But still not flowing to customer.
Please help me with this.

I know am replying after months on this 🙂
Are you using Service Bridge (legacy) for ebonding?
If so, please verify the consumer and producer replication sets. Here, go to inbound and outbound entries and verify if the attachment field is checked for the entry: sn_nowebonding_remote_task.
