Attachment sending failing from One ServiceNow to Another ServiceNow ecc_queue table

Dear Team,
Need your expert advice, I am ebonding for incident from Instance 1 to Instance 2 using REST API.
Instance 2 has provided us ecc_queue API to send over the attachment.
In Instance 1 when I attach the attachment in Incident and save the record, my BR executes and On the Instance 2 under ecc_queue.list I see a new record created where Fields :- Agent is AttachmentCreator, Topic is AttachmentCreator, Name is undefined, Source is B2B:undefined, State is processed and
Payload is Could not find a record in table 'B2B' with sys_id 'undefined'
Please let me know how to fix this.
