Attachments that are attached while submitting a catalog item are not visible on the requested item

Could you please help me with the below issue?

 

Attachments that are attached while submitting a catalog item are not visible on the requested item ?

Is it the attachment variable that you are using or attachment icon to attach files ?

Attachment variable.

@Hritik May be if you have to attach it to RITM you need to use Attachment Icon on the catalog item form.

When you use that paper clip icon at the bottom of the catalog item form and attach a file and submit it .Those attachments are added to RITM .

 

But when it comes to attachment variable its at a variable level and there is no OOB configuration to attach the files from variable to RITM.You might have to write a custom script to do that.

how and where to write that ? can you please explain it in a little more deatiled verison as after lot of trying and research also i was unable to do it
