I am using below link in template for linking attachment. This attachment store pdf file

link is create in downloaded file from this template but link is redirecting to https://xxxxxx.service-now.com/fc9d9d3f47f44e50c5fbd5dc416d437d.iix
it should redirect to 'https://xxxx.service-now.com/sys_attachment.do?sys_id=fc9d9d3f47f44e50c5fbd5dc416d437d'
Any help how can this fixed
