Attributes are not visible to user

Hi All,

I have added 'ref_auto_completer=AJAXTableCompleter,ref_ac_columns=u_grade;u_group_job_code' in the variable. Its showing two values for me but user is not able to see two columns.

Please see attached screenshots for reference.

Kindly assist me what needs to be checked to resolve the issue. I have checked ACLs and Script Includes but no luck.

Hi @Suzy,

That may indicate that the field level acl's are preventing the users from seeing these columns.

Please go through your acl's to check if the user can read these fields.
