Audio is not working when user checks in at the Walk-up location

Hi All,

We have setup the walk-up locations and want the notification sound when user checks in.

We have enabled the following configuration in the Walk-Up locations configuration,

however, the audio is not working at the actual kiosk location. The audio file is working  fine when checked under Audio Files.

Please help.

Hello R_ana,

If audio file is working then better to check the hardware of system.

Also for testing you can login to another system to check.
