Hi,
I am working with account-location relationship in ServiceNow, Which is stored in account_address_relationship table.
I am facing an issue with reference fields:
- When I select an account first, the location reference field shows no result .
- When I select a Location first, the account field works fine (shows all result).
After checking reference qualifier in location field (in account address table) problem was found .
Need help with :
1. Where can i find table that stores relation between account and locations?
2. Any recommended best‑practice to avoid these reference qualifier problems?
