Auto-Approve Manager Approval if No Response Within 5 Days

Hi Community,

I'm developing a catalog item where, after submission, the request goes to the user's manager for approval. If the manager does not respond within 5 days, the approval should be auto-approved and the request should move to the next level of approval.

I have already implemented the first and second-level approvals, but I'm stuck on the auto-approval requirement based on the timeframe.

Could anyone suggest the best way to design this workflow in ServiceNow? Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

in flow when you use "Ask for Approval" flow action you can set Due Date and give it 5 days after creation of approval record

So once that date reached and if it's still requested it will auto approve

-> use flow variable to add 5 days to the approval creation date and then use that in Due Date

Thank you Ankur for the suggestion.
I’ll try this approach using the Due Date in the Ask for Approval action. Appreciate your help!
