Hi Vijay,
Please check the user is added to IM workgroup or not, if not, then add that user to the IM group by Impersonate from Admin role.

You are trying to assign ( by BR) the MI to a user is who is not part of group.

Hello @VijayKummamuru
It's because the Assigned to is already populated and then you are trying to change the assignment group. So, it's throwing the error that assigned is not member of assignment group.
Just add another step before changing rhe assignment group that is to clear the assigned to.
