Auto assigning ticket to particular group based on email subject line.

Hi ,

we have configured to auto create ticket based on email subject line through inbound action.

Now our requirement is like base on subject line auto created request should assign to particular group.

could some help us how to achieve this.

Hi all,



For testing purpose i gave type as new and given instance id.. then i sent mail from my account.. its working fine...



in our case .. user will send mail to Hr group id and from there that mails auto forwards to servicenow then request creates ...


so in this case i do i do UAT .. how can user test it whether its working fine as per their requirement..



Testing from my end its working fine..

Giving Sis id will be hardcode value na.. while changes group name by mistake it will be problem, so how do i achive it with UI messages
