Hello!
In our client's instance, the 'incident autoclose' BR is OOB. The 'com.snc.incident.autoclose.basedon.resolved_at' System Property is set to false.
We have an issue where some incidents are not autoclosed automatically. Any idea of what is the cause?

The fix to the issue is similar to the shared article. The incidents not auto-closing are those with mandatory fields not populated. Thanks.
