We have a workflow for a Service catalog. There are two catalog task will be created. Once after first catalog task is created, the assignment group of catalog task will raise the change request using "ui action" in catalog task form. So here our requirement is once the created change request is moved to review state, the first catalog task should be moved to closed complete and second catalog task should be created.
How can we achieve above scenario via workflow. we tried several way but non of them helped. We are unable to make the catalog task as waiting until the change request is moved to review state
