Auto download PDF of incident number to system

I want to download PDF of incident number when i click on the button, and it should be saved in system how can i doo that using uiaction

No i want to create a new button (Download) when i click on download it automatically download with inc number as file name

and if possible can u do same thing but save pdf with incident number , and the pdf will contain only inc number in it nothing else from the form
