Auto expand the Service Portal announcements

Hi Team, 

Is there any way to auto-expand the service portal announcements widget, if there are multiple announcements to be displayed on the Portal?  I believe we do not have an OOB solution for this, please suggest how can I customize the below Announcements widget for the auto-expand feature.

Indeed, there seems to be no such option in the base system.

Yes, I'm aware of it. I was looking for the customization of the OOB "Announcement" widget by cloning it and it can used on the home page.

That banner at the top is not a widget. The "announcement" widget from the base system is a different thing.
